Should both players run the flag?
Usually no. Keep one person on pads and the plot flag. Both walk center only after a 2x chip is gone and you already have a sword.

Two flags, two jobs
YouTube titles for this game lean on duo fights and “dominating” clips. The actual map has two flag jobs. A flag in the center can be captured. Each plot also has a flag that other teams can steal (FwYAeJXiwVc@01:34, @03:44, @05:35).
Center toasts name a color, such as “MAGENTA has taken the center!” That is the confirmation that the hill changed hands. Plot steals are the other toast family. Neither toast printed a Point payout we could read.
How a capture actually looks
Walk to the center with the person who shares your tycoon (FwYAeJXiwVc@02:53). Hold the capture until the color toast fires. Then walk home. The clip where the presenter dies is a solo knife into a pair that already has swords (@01:44).
Give the runner a later sword if you have one. The buyer can stay on a knife. SETTINGS has Flag Steal Alerts so the person left on the plot hears a steal (NTpIShvbpW8@00:47).
Split buyer and runner
One person stays on unpaid pads and the chest. The other contests the hill. Swap each era so both of you know both jobs. If both of you run, the 50,000 Base Upgrade meter stops filling and someone else walks your plot flag.
Chat calls that work: “running center,” “holding plot,” “backing to buy.” Long explanations lose the hill.
Do not capture during a 2x chip
20k is two minutes of 2x Income. UPD1 showed about ten minutes (7-0ZibMEFAU@06:12). Those clocks do not pause while you chase. Redeem, empty the chest, buy droppers, then fight.
Passive Mode also blocks the objective. SETTINGS help text: while it is on you cannot take flags or capture the center, and you cannot fight (7-0ZibMEFAU@06:04). 5 minutes between switches, 30 seconds after you take damage. Leave it off if you are trying to hold the hill.
Solo captures
You can play this place alone. You should not spend your first hour on the hill. 12-player servers are about six plots. Coordinated pairs beat a solo knife. Contest only when rivals are already fighting each other, then go back to pads.
If you came here from a competitor “solo play” page, the useful rule is the same: eras and droppers first, flags second. Saved progress means you can leave after a failed steal.
What we still cannot read
No HUD “+N Points” was readable on capture. We are not copying a 1.5k figure from write-ups that may be mixing the 2019 King of the Hill place. The 2026 Roblox description never uses those words.
Script lists advertise auto steal-flag. This wiki will not document them. A capture that counts is the color toast on your HUD, not an executor overlay.
